Klaus Maier
Klaus brings more than 27 years of software technology and hardware development experience to Virtualaze Technologies. In the 1990’s with his various development teams he invented the first direct video drive Multi-User technology (One PC – many users, simultaneously). In the following years he led the System on Chip hardware and Virtual Desktop Software platform development for KaMai-Computersysteme and Hydrapark GmbH.
In 2003 he co-founded NComputing Inc, which in 2014 was the #1 Thin Client vendor in Asia-Pacific and the #3 Thin Client vendor worldwide (IDC) with over 70,000 education and business customers and more than 20 million daily users in over 140 countries. At his time at NComputing Inc, raised more than 60 Million US-Dollars from leading Silicon Valley VC’s - Scale Venture Partners (formerly Bank of America), Menlo Ventures, Daehong Technew Corporation and Questmark Partners. Here, Klaus held the position as Chief Technology Officer and Chief Software Architect.
During this period Klaus also filed several worldwide computer software and Thermo Dynamics patents. Klaus left NComputing in 2009 to follow up his career as a passionate entrepreneur where he acted as inventor, investor and business angel for several startups, in the field of innovative renewable heating technologies and home automation hardware and software and Everki (a leading computer travel bag company).

Kathrin is a certified Accountant and Accounts controller with over 20 years experience working for various National and International companies such as Wirtschaftstreuhand GmbH, KaMai Computersystems, hydrapark GmbH, NComputing Inc. and Playtec GmbH. In 2010, Kathrin became a certified Yoga teacher (YZN) where she has achieved several grades in Reiki and foot reflexology massage. In 2013/14 she graduated as an ROBE certified Business Coach and also holds a Bachelor (Diploma Betriebswirt) with focus on tax law at the University of Applied Science of Economics (Fachhochschule) in Nuremberg, Germany.
Mustafa Canoglu, Partner & Sales
Mustafa Canoglu
Mustafa is an Industry veteran having spent more then 20 years in IT-sales and marketing in Middle East and Africa. In 1994 he established his own distribution firm to supply resellers and partners with innovative IT-products. Mustafa has stepped up to run the sales and marketing organization focusing on the Small-Medium-Business and Education markets as well as major government projects. In addition to Mustafa is board member and investor in several companies. Mustafa graduated “Economics and Administrative Sciences” at the University and he continued at two other Universities Master degrees in “Business Administration” and “International Relations” in Istanbul, Turkey.

Thomas has over 20 years international experience in Strategy and Marketing, where he held leading positions in ELSA AG, Germany (Head of product management graphics), NComputing Inc., USA (Sales and Marketing for EMEA). He was also a member of the board for TJC Japan. He has also represented various International companies where he successfully introduced their products to the European and overseas markets. Thomas holds a German Master of Science (diploma as a Dipl.-Ing.) of Electronics.
Richard Seddon, Sales & Business Development

Richard is a Sales Director/European VP based in the UK who has worked in the UK & European IT industry for over 25 years. Coming out of the Electronics Manufacturing industry he secured VC funding where he set up his own ‘Multi-User’ computer company ‘Sharedware”. This led to a buy-out and senior appointments within Western Europe for various innovative USA, Far Eastern and European Hardware/Software technologies, where he positioned products through his channel partners. He also has an extensive knowledge of the education market. Richard graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University in Mechanical and Production Engineering.

Vinod has 16 + years experience in consulting and implementation of Security, IT Infrastructures and VDI solution. He worked in his past for Dell, NComputer, HCL and Wipro; he served and benefited some of the high value and complex IT environment like HCL Technologies, EXL, PI Industries, Motherson Sumi, British America and Tabacco, Amity, Career Launcher, Amentus, Max Life, Ienergier , DLF, Bata, MCdonald, JNU, State Education, departments, Defense and many more. He also carry in depth knowledge of contracts of state & central government nodal agencies and tenders. Vinod is technical highly skilled, he holds multiple technical certifications, such as: PMP, CISA, VCP DTM, VCP, MCSE, MCSA, Trend Micro Certified Security Expert, ITIL and PG in cyber Law. He is highly trained in understanding and delivery of various aspects of IT infrastructures. Vinod graduated at Delhi University in Delhi, India. He holds a MBA in Symbiosis.

He built his career working for Hardware and Software companies providing personal computers, zero clients, VDI and cloud solutions, etc. He has also held pivotal roles in Sales & Channel distribution with large global IT organizations. His experiences have helped him to play an important role in reducing the ‘digital-divide’ by providing cost-effective computing solutions to many companies so of which have enabled student's (both old and young) access to information technologies they would otherwise not have been able to use.
Sabina Montgomery-Swan, North America & Canada Area Manager
Sabina Montgomery-Swan
As a successful business entrepreneur, Sabina brings 30 years of experience in web design, sales, marketing & video marketing across various industries ranging from financial to energy to security. Her love of anything to do with IT started in high school; when she focused on programming languages. She started her professional career as an integral part of a new computer system integration at the Carl Schlenk AG & AKEMI Erich Hoentsch GmbH, one of the biggest German metallurgy companies with worldwide sales channels. After emigrating to Canada in 1990, she assisted small and medium sized companies develop an online presence. In 2013 Sabina co-founded company in the Clean-Tech sector and in 2018 with her IT background she was asked by Virtualaze to develop a sales channel in Canada and northern USA. Sabina was born & educated in Germany and holds a Diploma in Industrial Business Administration as well as speaking four languages. She currently lives with her family on an island near Vancouver.
